Yes. We need to know if any cases are damaged or weights are missing. This is necessary so we know what we should expect in the shipment and we can determine exactly what needs to be done with them. If we do not know this information when the weights are received they will be put on disposition for our Sales Team to contact you and increasing the overall lead time. Any information you can provide up front will help the process move smoothly.
Weights and devices should be packed in sturdy boxes with ample packing material to avoid shifting during the shipping process.
